GENERAL GRANT PROGRAM GUIDELINES

The Sandia Foundation annually benefits UNM and Dickinson College. Through a competitive grant program the Foundation also makes annual grants to various Albuquerque charitable organizations.

In 2006 the Sandia Foundation engaged the services of the Albuquerque Community Foundation to administer its annual grant award program. Sandia Foundation’s Trustees will continue to review and recommend grant recipients; however, the Community Foundation will organize the grant applications and perform the required due diligence.

The Foundation focuses on the following fields of interest:  Human Services, Education, and Health.

An organization may only submit one grant proposal per year.

All programs must directly benefit Albuquerque residents.

Please click on the link below to access the online grant application through Share New Mexico.  Please note:  You will then need to be logged into Share New Mexico before you can access the application.  The deadline for the 2017 Sandia Foundation grant cycle is Thursday, June 1, 2017 at 5:00 p.m.  Grants are awarded in the fall of each year.

All 2016 Sandia Foundation grantees should leverage the new online common grant reporting tool via SHARE NM. To access the 2016 reporting template, please log into your Share NM account by clicking the link below.
